Excellent reception staff who manage a whole variety of demanding situations and people with such patience and commitment.
Having been sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes or so, I heard Mark & others deal with quirky and complex questions. They were patient, resilient and generous and courteous to the visitors. I hope the senior staff are looking after them so they will remain and we will all benefit from that!
The GP I saw was kindly, efficient and their wisdom much appreciated
From Reception to nurse Yolanda, everything went smooth. Yolanda explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable and informative about the whole process of the cervical check up.
In my opinion the longest wait for a non-emergency appointment should be less than one week.
The receptionists are always so helpful & kind, Kim especially.
Matthew Shaw, the physio therapist, has been amazing in helping me find the right treatment & is checking that I receive the medical help I need. He got in touch with the consultant who agreed to meet with me this was what I needed and I'm now on the waiting list for surgery. If it wasn't for Matthew I would stillI had no one to turn to. Matthew is caring & very efficient.
